COMPETITIONS
The 2025 TERM 1 Wednesday Evening Comp will start on the 12th of February and run until the 9th of April.
Please note the Term 1 Comp is now FULL. The Term 2 comp will start on 30 April. Please contact us if you are interested in next term’s comp or would like to be added to the reserves list.
MDTC runs an open mixed WEDNESDAY EVENING competition throughout the year that coincides with the school terms. Play starts at 6:30PM and generally finishes around 8:30PM. The competition is graded so we have a spot for everyone from beginner to advanced with the tennis suited to teenagers and men and women of all ages. You will play 3 sets of doubles followed by 1 set of singles (optional), with your partner changing from week to week. You will register as an individual and will be put into a suitable division based on your ability.
Please note that you MUST be a current MDTC member to participate in club competitions. If you haven’t recently renewed your membership or you are not a current member, please click HERE for membership information.
If you cannot commit to the full comp but would like to be on the RESERVES list please let us know. We will add you to the list and you will be contacted by members when a substitute is needed. There is no cost to be a reserve.
